With our Team Assessment and Competitive Evaluation (TACE) we place teams in divisions (AAA/Div1, AA/Div2, A/Div3) that offer them the best competition and provide all teams a quality experience.  This is done with a review of a team’s history, performance in league play, tournament play, designations by other organizations and our own experiences.

Cost/Age Groups: $1195 (14u, 15u, 16u), AA/Div2, AAA/Div1 divisions.

Umpires:  Tournament Pays Umpires

Location:  Kings High School, Blue Ash Sports Center, West Chester Baseball Complex, area high school fields.

Tournament Format:   Three (3) pool games, the teams seeded into brackets based upon pool performance.  Championship and Silver brackets are created based on the number of teams.

Gate Fees: $12 Daily, $30 Weekend Pass.  Players & Coaches are free.  Children under 18 are free.

Awards:  Custom rings to all bracket winners and runner-ups, at all levels.

We provide game balls.  

Travel:  Teams traveling to our events are expected to use our Travel Manager to book hotel rooms for the tournament.  This provides teams with the best rates, a travel manager for your team, and helps us meet our requirements in using public parks.
