Tournament Information

With only wood bats allowed, it brings us to how the game is meant to be played. Parents, coaches and especially players love using wood! We had 100+ teams in 2023 and expect another big turnout in 2024!

All teams 9u - 13u will receive two (2) Marucci wood bats, which will be available at the tournament. Join us for a 3 day, 3 game guarantee event being played at KEMBA Baseball Complex (WCBC), Warren County Sports Park  and Blue Ash Sports Center and local high school fields.

Dates: Friday, May 24 - Sunday May 26  Games begin Friday @ 6pm.  Only play Monday if weather delays.

Cost/Age Groups:  $265 (9u, 10u, 11u) $275 (12u),  $325 (13u), $395 (14u), $495 (15u)

Umpires:  Teams play at the plate.  One (1) umpire (9u, 10u, 11u), each team pays $35 per game. Two (2) umpires (12u, 13u, 14u and 16u), each team pays $70 per game.

Location:  Kemba Baseball Complex (WCBC), Blue Ash Sports Center, Warren County Sports Park, Warren County Armco Park (4 turf fields), and local high school fields

Tournament Format:   Two (2) pool games, the teams seeded into brackets based upon pool performance.  Championship and Silver brackets are created based upon the number of teams.

Awards:  Custom rings to all bracket winners and runner-up, at all levels.

Gate Fees: $10 Daily, $18 Weekend Pass.  Players & Coaches free.  Children under 14 free.

We provide game balls.
