Tournament Information

A big event with big-time venues and a world series atmosphere, 80+ teams last year. Join us for a 4 day, 4 game guarantee event being played at Warren County Sports Park, Blue Ash Sports Center and local high school fields.  

Dates: Thursday July 9- Sunday, July 12.  Games begin Thursday @ 11:00am

Game Guarantee: 4

Cost/Age Groups:  $295 (11u, 12u) $475 (13u), $495 (14u), $675 (15u, 16u) $695 (17u), AA & Open Divisions

Umpires:  Pay at the plate.  One (1) umpire (9u, 10u, 11u), each team pays $40 Per game. Two (2) umpires (12u, 13u, 14u, 15u, 16u, 17u+), each team pays $80 per game.

Location:  Warren County Sports Park, Blue Ash Sports Center, local high school fields.

Tournament Format:   Three (3) pool games, the teams seeded into brackets based upon pool performance.  Championship and Silver brackets are created based on the number of teams.

Awards:  Custom rings to all bracket winners and runner-ups, at all levels.

We provide game balls.  

Stay to Play Event. Preferred rates/scheduling for travel teams.  Local teams have no requirements.
