A big regional event with 100+ teams last year.   Join us for a 4 day,  4 game guarantee event.

Dates: Friday, June 10 - Sunday, June 13, Games begin Thursday @ 4:00pm.

Cost/Age Groups:  $345* (9u, 10u, 11u, 12U), $495 (13u, 14u), $695 (15U) A/Div3, AA/Div2 & AAA/Div1 Divisions. *Discount if you register by Nov 30.

With our Team Assessment and Competitive Evaluation (TACE) we place teams in divisions (AAA/Div1, AA/Div2, A/Div3) that offer them the best competition and provide all teams a quality experience.  This is done with a review of a team’s history, performance in league play, tournament play, designations by other organizations and our own experiences.

Umpires:  Teams play at the plate.  One (1) umpire (9u, 10u, 11u), each team pays $40 per game. Two (2) umpires (12u, 13u, 14u, 15u), each team pays $80 per game.

Location:  Armco Park, Warren County Sports Park, Blue Ash Sports Center, Sycamore High School, Kings High School, West Chester Baseball Complex

Tournament Format: Two (2) pool games; teams are seeded into brackets based on pool performance.  Championship and Silver brackets created based upon the number of teams.

Gate Fees: $12 Daily, $30 Weekend Pass.  Players & Coaches are free.  Children under 18 are free.

Awards:  Custom rings to all bracket winners and runner-up, at all levels.

We provide game balls.  

Travel:  Teams traveling to our events are expected to use our Travel Manager to book hotel rooms for the tournament.  This provides teams with the best rates, a travel manager for your team, and helps us meet our requirements in using public parks.
