Fall Ball League Information

All teams are welcome in our fall league.  We will create competitive levels for each age group; based on the number of teams that have signed up.  A mandatory Coaches Meeting is scheduled for Saturday, August 26th.

Dates: September 10 - October 15, 2023

Game Minimum: 8.  Each team is scheduled for eight (8) games, with some doubleheaders.

Cost/Age Groups: $300 per team (10u, 11u, 12u), $450 (13u, 14u), Teams at each age group, we will not combine age groups.

Prep Baseball Report of Ohio (PBR) will attend a minimum of three (3) weekends to scout players that provide feedback and exposure to college coaches and recruiters.  They also provide full social media coverage collecting statistics and highlights from fall ball games. By each Wednesday they will post a scout blog with all the stats and re-capping top performers.  PBR weekends will be announced before we begin to play.

Umpires: Teams pay umpires $35 per game.

Locations: Kemba Baseball Complex/WCBC & Blue Ash Sports Center, Warren County Sports Park

Game Days/Times:  10u, 11u, 12u & 13u will play Saturday or Sunday.  14u Saturday only.  Flexible scheduling to meet your needs.  Games are at 10:30 am, 12:30 pm, 2:45 pm, 5:00 pm, and 7:00 pm.  

Field Dimensions: Based upon age group.  10U (65ft bases, 46 ft pitching, 11u/12u (70 ft bases, 50 ft pitching), 13u (80 ft bases, 54 ft pitching), 14u + 60/90

Format: Teams will play 6-8 regular season games, then option to play a post-season tournament.

Awards: Awards to Post-Season Tournament Champions.

Baseballs: The league will provide one (1) dozen baseballs to each team who attends League Meeting.

Fall Tourneys (new!) 15u, 16u, 17u/18u

A tournament format within the fall season to provide teams competition along with scheduling on Sundays.

Dates:  Sept 10, Sept 17, Sept 24 (Session 1), 10/1, 10/8, 10/15 (Session 2)

Session 1: Double headers on 9/10 and 9/17, the bracket play on 9/24

Session 2: Double headers on 10/1, 10/8, then bracket play on 10/15

Game Minimum:  5 

Format:  All teams play four (4) pool games, then seeded into the Gold or Silver Bracket.

Games Days/Times:  All games played on Sundays.

Cost/Age Groups:  $495 per team (15u, 16u, 17u/18u).  Limited to eight (8) teams per age group. 

Ages based upon 2024

Umpires:  Teams pay umpires, $70 for two (2) umpires per game.

Awards:  Custom rings to bracket winners and runner-ups.

Gate fees:  $10 daily, or $20 for a tournament (per session). Children 14u and under free, coaches and players free.

We provide game balls.
