A big regional event that we partner with Warren County Sports.   Join us for a 4 day, 4 game guarantee event!  130+ teams last year.

Dates: Thursday June 24 - Sunday, June 27.  Games begin Thursday @ 1:30pm

Cost/Age Groups:  $335* (9u, 10u, 11u, 12u), $495 (14u), $695 (15u, 16u) AA/Div2, AAA/Div1 Divisions * Special pricing in if you register by Nov 30

With our Team Assessment and Competitive Evaluation (TACE) we place teams in divisions(AAA/Div1, AA/Div2, A/Div3) that offer them the best competition and provide all teams a quality experience.  This is done with a review of a team’s history, performance in league play, tournament play, designations by other organizations and our own experiences.

Umpires:  Teams play at the plate.  One (1) umpire (9u, 10u, 11u), each team pays $40 per game. Two (2) umpires (12u, 14u, 15u, 16u each team pays $80 per game.

Location: Kings High School, Warren County Sports Park, Armco Park, Sycamore High School, Blue Ash Sports Center, West Chester Baseball Complex

Tournament Format:   Teams play 2 - 3  pool games, the teams seeded into brackets based upon pool performance for a minimum of 4 games..  Championship,  Silver and Bronze brackets are created based on the number of teams.

Gate Fees: $12 Daily, $30 Weekend Pass.  Players & Coaches are free.  Children under 18 are free.

Awards:  Custom rings to all bracket winners and runner-ups, at all levels.

We provide game balls.  

Travel:  Teams traveling to our events are expected to use our Travel Manager to book hotel rooms for the tournament.  This provides teams with the best rates, a travel manager for your team, and helps us meet our requirements in using public parks.
