A big regional event that had 90+ teams last year.   Join us for a 4 day, 4 game guarantee tournament.

With our Team Assessment and Competitive Evaluation (TACE) we place teams in divisions (AAA/Div1, AA/Div2, A/Div3) that offer them the best competition and provide all teams a quality experience.  This is done with a review of a team’s history, performance in league play, tournament play, designations by other organizations and our own experiences.

Cost/Age Groups:  *$335 (9u, 10u, 11u, 12u), $495 (13u, 14u),  $695 (15u, 16u). AAA/Div1, AA/Div2, A/Div3 divisions. *Discount if you register by Nov 30!

Umpires:  Teams play at the plate.  One (1) umpire (9u, 10u, 11u), each team pays $40 per game. Two (2) umpires (12u, 13u, 14u, 15u, 16u), each team pays $80 per game.

Location:  Warren County Sports Park, Blue Ash Sports Center, Kings High School, Sycamore High School, Warren County Summer Slam

Tournament Format: Teams will play 2-3  pool games, then get seeded into brackets based on pool performance for a minimum of 4 games. The number of teams creates championship and silver brackets.

Gate Fees: $12 Daily, $30 Weekend Pass.  Players & Coaches are free.  Children under 18 are free.

Awards:  Custom rings to all bracket winners and runner-ups, at all levels.

We provide game balls.  

Travel:  Teams traveling to our events are expected to use our Travel Manager to book hotel rooms for the tournament.  This provides teams with the best rates, a travel manager for your team, and helps us meet our requirements in using public parks. Special discounts to Kings Island.
