Play some baseball, all games on turf!   Join us for a 3 day, 3 game guarantee. 

Dates: Friday, May 21- Sunday, May 23.    Games begin Friday @ 5:30pm.

 If the weather does not permit play, teams will get a full refund.

With our Team Assessment and Competitive Evaluation (TACE) we place teams in divisions (AAA/DIV1, AA/DIV2, A/DIV3) that offer them the best competition and provide all teams a quality experience.  This is done with a review of a team’s history, performance in league play, tournament play, designations by other organizations and our own experiences.

Cost/Age Groups:  $395.00 (9u, 10u,11u,12u),  $595 (14u, 15u). AA, AAA Divisions

Umpires:  Teams play at the plate.  One (1) umpire (9u, 10u, 11u), each team pays $40 per game.  Two (2) umpires (12u, 14u, 15u), each team pays $80 per game.

Location:  Armco Park, Sycamore HS, Blue Ash Sports Center, Kings High School

Tournament Format: Two (2) pool games; teams are seeded into brackets based on pool performance.  Championship and Silver brackets created based upon the number of teams.

Gate Fees: $12 Daily, $22 Weekend Pass.  Players & Coaches are free.  Children under 18 are free.

Awards:  Custom rings to all bracket winners and runner-ups, at all levels.

We provide game balls.  

Travel:  Teams traveling to our events are expected to use our Travel Manager to book hotel rooms for the tournament.  This provides teams with the best rates, a travel manager for your team, and helps us meet our requirements in using public parks.
