Tournament Information

A big event with big-time venues and a world series atmosphere, 90+ teams last year. Join us for a 4 day, 4 game guarantee event being played at Warren County Sports Park, Blue Ash Sports Center and local high school fields.  

Dates: Thursday July 8- Sunday, July 11.  Games begin Thursday @ 1:30pm.

With our Team Assessment and Competitive Evaluation (TACE) we place teams in divisions (AAA/Div1, AA/Div, A/Div3) that offer them the best competition and provide all teams a quality experience.  This is done with a review of a team’s history, performance in league play, tournament play, designations by other organizations and our own experiences.

Game Guarantee: 4

Cost/Age Groups:  $335 (11u, 12u)  $495 (13u, 14u), $695 (15u, 16u)  - AA/Div2 & AAA/Div1 Divisions

Umpires:  Pay at the plate.  One (1) umpire (10u, 11u), each team pays $40 Per game. Two (2) umpires (12u, 13u, 14u, 15u, 16u), each team pays $80 per game.

Location:  Warren County Sports Park, Blue Ash Sports Center, Kings High School, Sycamore High School, West Chester Baseball Complex

Tournament Format:   Three (3) pool games, the teams seeded into brackets based upon pool performance.  Championship and Silver brackets are created based on the number of teams.

Gate Fees: $12 Daily, $30 Weekend Pass.  Players & Coaches are free.  Children under 18 are free.

Awards:  Custom rings to all bracket winners and runner-ups, at all levels.

We provide game balls.  

Travel:  Teams traveling to our events are expected to use our Travel Manager to book hotel rooms for the tournament.  This provides teams with the best rates, a travel manager for your team, and helps us meet our requirements in using public parks.
